[ad_1]Unforgiving Sea Woolamai Beach has taken a second life in a week. As a rescue diver and surfer I do not casually swim on this beach even though it’s out my front door. The conditions are treacherous and the rips shift rapidly. I urge everyone to take caution and respect the sea. Learn to spot Rips and how to survive if you are caught in one.
I also urge Bass Coast Council to place appropriate signage to warn tourists of the dangers and to clearly indicate when the beach is closed.
