[ad_1]MegaPhotography Weekend #4 - Finding Your Creative Mojo 20-21 Oct 2018
Supported by: The Sheltered Glamping Co. Samyang Optics Australia MeFoto Australia
Have you noticed that 90% of landscape and astrophotos on Instagram look similar and could have all been taken by one photographer. Our favourite photography genre has become stale and too homogenous.
Photo Rangers and Benjamin Eriksson Photography Mega Weekend #4 will focus on finding your mojo and setting your images apart from all the rest. We'll offer 6 big workshops including:
1. Intimate Landscapes and Tiny Worlds - Kitty Miller Bay - finding unique images under foot inspired by environmental photographer Eliot Porter (1901-1990) 2. Shoot Like Ansel - Black and White Landscape Photography (Summerlands to South Point Walk) - Black and White digital photography in the style of Ansel Adams 3. Creative Beach Portraits and Surf Photography - Shooting surfer portraits during golden hour in natural light and surf sports photography. 4. Moonscapes/Astro - George Bass Walk - unique landscapes and stars taken under the light of the Moon 5. Sunrise and Pelicans - Newhaven - - crack of dawn amongst yachts and Pelicans at Newhaven Yacht Club 6. Developing Your Unique Style - PICAL Office, Cowes - Deconstructing style of others and creating your own style - Lightroom Classic editing workshop
Group glamping accommodation at The Sheltered Glamping Co, Berry Beach included in the registration.
Facilitators: Dale and Cecilia Rogers are Photographers and Phillip Island locals. They intimately know the island, it’s rhythms and seasonal variations. They know the best places to and times to shoot the perfect image. Dale and Cecilia facilitate photography workshops on and around the island every weekend.
