Making Something Out of Nothing
Last Saturday night instead of shooting stars like originally planned, we were faced with solid cloud and intermittent rain at Eagles Nest. Refusing to admit defeat, we ventured out and made the best of the conditions.

The cloud reflected the lights of Inverloch and we used this light to the best possible effect and added in a little light painting with torches and Pixel Stick too.

We came away with some eerie shots that we would have never got had we packed up and went home on the night. As an added bonus, the clouds lifted and revealed a beautiful Milky Way at the end of the evening. I always say, the worst conditions generates the best images.
